Nenosys AB is a consulting company that helps smaller and medium-sized companies grow through cost-effective and high-quality technological consulting services. We help our customers analyze their problems, come up with suggestions for solutions and implement and deliver solutions. We currently provide two products – Nenosports and Bamba.
In this policy, we describe why we need to process your personal data when you contact us, order our services, what rights you have, and how you can get in touch with us if you have any questions.

Nenosys AB, with corporate registration number 556584-8701 and address Östra Hamngatan 17, 411 10 Göteborg, is the data controller for the personal data processed about you.
We process as few personal data as possible about you, and only the personal data needed for us to enter into agreements with you and deliver our services to you. In order for you to use our application services, you need to provide your first name, surname and email address. When you enter into an agreement with us, we may also need additional information about you. We do not collect any additional information than the one you give to us. We do not use your personal data for marketing purposes unless you have given us your consent to it
Your safety is important to us. This section outlines the measures we take to protect your personal data, including compliance with GDPR and other data protection legislation.
We do not disclose your information to other companies or organizations unless required by law or necessary to perform our statutory or contractual obligations to you. If you want to know, you can get a compiled register extract from us containing the personal data we process about you. Correction and deletion If we process your personal data incorrectly or if we no longer need the data, you have the right to have it deleted. If the data is incomplete, you have the right to have it supplemented. Keep in mind that we may not be able to deliver our products to you if you request to have your personal data deleted. Dataportabilitet In certain circumstances, you have the right to receive the data we process about you in a general, written, machine-readable and structured format. You have the right to this regarding the personal data that you have provided to us yourself and which we process on the basis of your consent or when the personal data is required to enter into or fulfill agreements with you.
